2026-04-10

3DOE eSole300 is a foot scanning and measuring device based on the principle of laser scanning, which mainly acquires three-dimensional data of the plantar surface and more than 20 important plantar parameters.

eSole300 is a portable 3D foot scanner with a net weight of 11kg. It is packed in a flight case with dimensions of 480x240x710mm and a weight of about 23kg. The flight case is equipped with wheels at the bottom and can be pulled directly. Its size is similar to that of ordinary suitcases, making it very convenient to carry around.

This portable model is particularly convenient for on-site data collection services, and it is also very suitable for scenarios where frequent movement is required.

eSole300 adopts non-contact measurement, which will not cause discomfort to the subjects and is harmless to the human body and eyes. It is suitable for the elderly, children and adults alike.

This device supports full-weight-bearing measurement, semi-weight-bearing measurement and non-weight-bearing measurement. Users can select the appropriate measurement mode according to specific application scenarios and data requirements.

The operation of the device is very simple. The subject only needs to stand on the scanning area of the scanner and follow the voice prompts to operate. It is extremely user-friendly and easy to master for most people. In addition, the measurement time is very short, taking only about 10 seconds to complete the measurement and obtain the measurement report as well as 3D data in formats such as STL.

The data obtained in the measurement report includes: hallux angle, hallux type judgment, footprint area coefficient, arch type (flat foot, high arch, normal foot), heel judgment (determining heel valgus, normal heel, heel varus), foot length, sole length, arch length, arch height, heel margin length, instep pit length, first metatarsophalangeal length, fifth metatarsophalangeal length, center-of-gravity length, foot width, total heel width, center-of-gravity width, heel protrusion width, shoe size recommendation, insole recommendation, etc.

The eSole300 is commonly used in the design and production of personalized and corrective insoles, scientific shoe size selection and intelligent insole matching in stores, foot diagnosis such as evaluation of flat feet and high arches, foot screening for teenagers on campus, foot diagnosis in hospitals, etc.
