Flatfoot, high arch, foot varus, foot valgus, etc., can all be assisted corrected by orthotic insoles.
Especially for teenagers and children, the foot bones have not been fully formed yet, and often only by wearing orthotic insoles can the correction effect be achieved.
At present, foot health screening is carried out in many schools to achieve early detection and early prevention for children's foot health, which can better maintain children's foot health.
If foot deformities such as flatfoot, high arch, foot varus are found, one-to-one custom insoles can be used for auxiliary correction.
At present, in the insole customization market, using foot scanner + plantar pressure distribution system + 3D printer for insole customization is becoming a trend.
The specific process is as follows:
1. Use 3D laser foot scanner to obtain 3D data.
The person being measured only needs to stand on the foot scanner and operate according to the intelligent voice guidance. In about 20 seconds, complete 3D foot data and measurement report can be obtained.
The 3DOE foot scanner has a precision of 0.5 mm, non-contact measurement, no harm to human body, fast measurement speed and time saving.
2. Obtain plantar pressure and relevant gait data through plantar pressure distribution system.
The foot scanner only obtains 3D data of foot shape.
But to make functional insoles and achieve better correction effect, it is also necessary to obtain plantar pressure and gait data through the plantar pressure distribution system. Through these designs, the orthotic insole can more reasonably redistribute the plantar pressure distribution, and make targeted changes to the support points and support strength.
3. Carry out insole design.
The designer imports the 3D data into the insole design software, and carries out corresponding correction design and personalized design combined with the data measured by the plantar pressure distribution system, so as to achieve the corresponding correction effect.
4. Use 3D printer or insole engraving machine to make insoles.
After the designer finishes designing the insole, export the data, and then let the technician import the exported data into the insole 3D printer or insole engraving machine to make the insole.
Of course, the choice of materials is based on the reasonable selection of the correction plan according to the foot data.
After production, veneering and polishing are also required. The veneering fabric can be selected according to the customer's preference.
5. Deliver the insoles to the customer by express delivery or other means.
