eSole300C is a portable plantar laser 3D scanning device independently developed by 3DOE, which adopts non-contact laser scanning and white light texture scanning. It provides comprehensive data, can acquire more than 20 key plantar parameters, generate graphical measurement reports, and produce 3D data in formats such as STL at the same time.
The main measured parameters include: foot length, foot width, arch length, arch width, heel margin length, total heel width, first metatarsophalangeal length, fifth metatarsophalangeal length, toe width, hallux valgus length, lateral arch width, instep length, medial instep width, heel center length, heel center width, arch width coefficient, arch type judgment, heel angle, hindfoot angle, hallux angle and other parameters.
These parameters allow us to better understand our foot conditions.
The eSole300C plantar laser 3D scanner is often applied in the following fields:
1. Applied in the medical foot rehabilitation field.
Through the measured data, it can evaluate flat feet, high arches, foot varus, foot valgus, hallux varus, hallux valgus and so on.
These data are clear, graphical and highly accurate, which can help doctors and rehabilitation therapists make more objective diagnoses and allow patients to have an intuitive understanding of their own feet.
Patients can fully understand their foot health simply by reading the measurement report.
Doctors can formulate targeted treatment and correction plans based on these data, provide better symptomatic treatment, and better safeguard people's foot health.
2. Applied in the custom orthotic insoles and orthopedic industry.
With the measured data, doctors and rehabilitation therapists can better diagnose our feet. At the same time, the generated 3D data in formats such as STL can be imported into professional 3D insole design software for corrective design and personalized design. By directly importing the data, the produced insoles fit our feet better and can correct our foot problems more targeted.
It can not only produce orthotic insoles, but also manufacture related orthotic fixtures.
Certainly, in the process of making functional insoles, the effect will be better if the data from the plantar pressure distribution system is used as a reference.
If the budget is sufficient, a plantar pressure distribution system can be additionally configured for measurement. In this way, the combination of plantar 3D data, plantar pressure and gait data will result in insoles with better effects.
3. It is of great significance in the research and development of the shoe-making and insole industry.
By collecting a large number of user data through the plantar scanner, enterprises can optimize and analyze based on these data, so as to optimize and design shoes and insoles more suitable for various groups of people according to different populations. This greatly improves the comfort and matching degree of products, makes the designed products more ergonomic, enhances customer experience, and promotes repeat purchases and even multiple transactions.
4. Applied in foot screening for teenagers and children in schools.
For teenagers and children, the foot bones have not been fully formed.
Through foot screening, potential foot problems can be detected in a timely manner, and timely correction intervention and treatment can be carried out, so that existing foot problems can be better cured radically.
If foot problems are not found until adulthood, correction may become difficult and greater costs will be incurred.
5. Applied in shoe stores.
Introducing the 3DOE eSole300C plantar laser scanner in shoe stores can allow customers to experience high technology, better understand their own feet, and intelligently recommend shoe sizes and insoles for customers. This enables customers to quickly find products that better match their feet, improves conversion rates, reduces return and exchange rates, and enhances customers' shopping experience.
