Customers need to try on and verify different children's shoes. Sometimes they will try on shoes in different factories one day, so they cannot take children to try on shoes every day. The customer needed repeated tests every day, so the customer came up with the idea of customizing a small batch of silicone foot molds to replace the children's test shoes.

1. Scan the foot model to obtain 3D data of the foot model

The technical engineers of Jingyixun used the 3D data of the silicone foot molds obtained by the PTS camera-type 3D scanner to scan a foot mold for about 10 minutes. You can also directly scan the foot shape of a human foot model to obtain 3D data.

2. Foot mold 3D printing molding

The scanned 3D foot shape data is printed out with a 3D printer to obtain a 3D model (physical object) of the foot model.

3. Open the silicone mold to customize the foot mold

Use the 3D model of the foot mold to open the silicone mold. You need to pay attention to the color and softness of the silicone children's foot mold. With the silicone mold, small batch production can be achieved!
