The plantar 3D scanner is a foot detection device that accurately measures the sole of the foot based on optical principles such as laser scanning.

The device can detect abnormalities of the foot such as flat feet and high arches with high precision, and can measure more than 20 key foot data, such as foot length, arch length, length of the outer convex point of the big toe, length of the heel center, toe width, waist length, basic foot width, oblique width, total width of the heel, back circumference width, distance between the axis and the heel line, arch height, big toe height and footprint coefficient.

In addition, the device can also evaluate the type of foot, determine whether the user is an Egyptian foot, a Roman foot or a Greek foot, and analyze the degree of flat feet or high arches (mild, moderate or severe) through the footprint coefficient.

After the measurement is completed, the system will automatically generate a detailed test report and provide targeted personalized suggestions. The measurement data can be exported as a Word or PDF report, or directly used for 3D printed insoles.

At the same time, the scan data in three-dimensional formats such as stl can also be imported into the insole design software for personalized adjustment and correction design.
